Who said that stoicism was contradictory to being emotional? I am a huge fan of stoic philosophy! It values emotions and most specifically vulnerability since it is a proof of character strength and servant leadership! Stoic people are simply very emotionally intelligent folks! They honor their feelings and are able to regulate them in a healthy way!
