When avoiding doing bad is exclusively fueled by the fear of punishement, you can be sure the person has no integrity... Most narcissists are not held accountable for all the harm they do because the system is ENABLING them, unfortunately...

The only reason they don’t openly abuse is their fear of being exposed and paying for their crimes. Sadly, the justice system is not yet taking into consideration that the psychological abuse--especially the subtle one-- is more dangerous for humanity than the physical one (currently punished by the law).
