Those were some thoughts I wrote yesterday (such a beautiful synchronicity):
My hope is that the inherently good people will stop deepening the global imbalance and issues through breaking their self-absorption tendency fueled by the crippling anxiety and the unhealthy ego delusion of our self-importance in the universe so that we may pay attention to what’s happening around us and walk the talk.
Also, by means of adopting a responsible consumerism mindset. By responsible, I mean intentional, not only ecological. I mean our consumerism is driven by a genuine functional need, not some influenced decision; many times, presented in the most beautiful shape while manipulating the consumers’ fragility and unconscious bias to prove one’s worth or to chase the “feeling good” sensation.
The latter habit is vicious in the lengthy run as it triggers an accumulated internal dissonance that may explode at some point."
