They're manipulative to me, and having been almost killed by a malignant narcissist and being an activist against the narcissists damage they've been successful in doing to the global subconscious program for hundreds if not thousands of years, I will never encourage to learn communication techniques!

The good news is that whenever we dicide to pay the price of our radical transformation through destroying our limiting beliefs both about ourselves and the world (where the subtle manipulation happens), we will set the servant leader in us free.

S/he was merely discriminated against by our caregivers and is waiting for us to clean the life-time of conditioning dust. Whenever we reconnect with him/her, we won't need any technique since it will become our natural way of showing up in the world!
