Some time ago, I watched a brilliant video shot by Bruce Lipton about the "Fountain Of Youth": The telomere, which is an extension of the DNA.

It was stipulating that, in order for the DNA copy process not to cut a piece of the gene (causing aging, depression and developing diseases as outcome), the telomere's length has to continuously keep increasing.

Hopefully, there is an enzyme called telomerase for such a role. BUT, there are factors causing it to stop working:

1. Poor nutrition & no exercising,

2. Lack of rest,

3. Unhandled Traumas,

4. Toxic relationships,

5. A loss of love or lack of self-love,

7. Not having any purpose.

Why is that relevant at all for me? Well, simply because it's the scientific proof we're not victims of our genes anymore, that what is really making us age and develop diseases is rather our lifestyle & invasive subconscious program.

This wonderful news literally means that when we counter the factors described above, we can give our stem cells the possibility to divide limitlessly and stay forever healthy 💙
