OMG, a million thanks for talking about this tremendously critical topic, dear Jenny! Having been raped, myself, by my malignant narcissist before being discarded, I can not not only sympathize but also empathize!
I did the same on LinkedIn probably a week ago:
I had to make another exception to the rule (the break I'm taking from the platform). This video is too good and inspirational not to be shared with the world!
"I hope that my presence on your screens and in magazines may lead you, young girl, on a similar journey; that you will feel the validation on your external beauty, but also get to the deep of business of being beautiful inside. There is no shade in that beauty!" ~ Lupita Nyong'o
I know that perpetrators are rarely held accountable for their crimes against humanity. The reality that those troubled souls' karma is BUILT-IN eases the frustration of unfairness. Still, it feels so good to witness that some of them get punished by the human laws!
Those sexual predators are anything but the most dangerous, though. I said it before and I'll repeat it:
"When we beat you, you know the origin of your physical hurt, and that somebody mistreated you. When we abuse you sexually, you also do not doubt what you endured. Interestingly, when your perpetrator abuses you psychologically — especially in a subtle way, you aren’t able to tell what’s happening. Result? You start questioning your worth."
