Let me tell you something dear Aimée: those two sentences summarize what made it possible for me to drastically transform the miserable perfectionist I was after almost committing suicide two years ago (Sep 2018). A miracle happened and I was saved at the last moment by the grace of my pure love divinity through an out-of-body magic experience. It was as if the servant leader in me (existing in everybody in the moment of our conception btw before the conditioning starts) dissociated from my body and made me see all the lies of my unhealthy ego. It was the moment of my migration from being religious to a spiritual and a critical thinker.

Why am I telling you about this? Because before the real transformational adventure, I started what so many love calling the self-development journey; which is nothing else but mapping the positive affirmations the motivational gurus and so many manipulators in the industry recommend (I am excluding here the kind souls innocently doing it).

It worked for me “perfectly" as it could work for a life-time for many people if no major incident occurs in their life. I was becoming all what I was craving. Still, it didn’t prevent an existential crisis and having been psychologically abused by a malignant narcissist to the point of wishing to disappear!

The ironic part about those positive affirmations to which I’m currently so allergic is that they’re so easily overridden by our ingrained limiting beliefs with the first trauma. They’re simply a quick fix tool. Tools don’t transform; they only numb…

So, YASSS, please pay attention to the quality of the content you’re consuming folks! You need to develop your critical thinking skilss to the highest levels! Question everything, and when I say everything I mean EVERYTHING!
