It seems to me that it is the only way to release our hard feelings effectively and healthily, my friend! A huge "intentional" pain has always been my measure of transformation and the price to pay.
Honoring the suffering and going through it instead of avoiding it is what builds our resilience and mental strength. Ice on the cake, detroys our ingrained limiting beliefs.
But the exquisite self-awareness endowment is required so that we can make the difference between real and perceived pain!
