In the French language, there is an expression for such a situation: "Que demande le peuple"! The direct translation (not that accurate) is, "What are you people asking for!" The meaningful one is, "You have everything to be grateful for!"

In my tunisian dialect, we may say, "Haja min wra laakal" (the last word contains two of the most difficult letters in arabic to pronounce, btw. It means the mind). The direct translation is, "this is something beyond the mind". The more accurate one is, "How wonderful is this!" 🤗💙🤗
