I was thrilled reading some time ago that scientists estimate 20 to 60% of our temperament is determined by genetics!

I love the idea of how flexible the temperament could be and the reversible attribute of the damage our conditioning could do to our genes! That’s why I love epigenetics!

I believe introvert, extrovert and ambivert are merely some labels putting people into boxes because it is the easy way, while the personality is the conditioning creation resulting in limiting beliefs and coping mechanisms as an adaptation to our environment; thus, can change at some point whenever we decide to pay the price of the transformation!
