I love your thoughts you brilliantly expressed!
If I may add something here, I'd say that I love guilt as much I hate shame! I believe guilt is very healthy and may make us much better people whenever we become very self-aware and accountable! It seems to me that shame is the root cause of resentment and self-loathing, and is a straighforward result of all our limiting beliefs: the outcome of our lifetime of harsh conditioning!

While shame goes something like, "I am bad", guilt would be, "I did something bad, but it doesn't mean I am a bad person". When it comes to emotional healthy boundaries, I couldn't agree anymore with you! When honoring ours and doing nothing at our expense despite others expectations from us, feeling guilt about it makes no sense!
