I don't need to ask you, dear Paul! I spent some time (9 years) in the corporate world (IT and financial systems) as as engineer, team leader and project manager. 😁
It was obviously a Cover-up culture treating collaborators as "things"! Despite the organizational lack of visibility (on purpose), I always had mine which could be qualified as anything but healthy! 😁
I needed to provide a "perfect" output! Bingo! You guessed right! I used to suffer from a Perfectionism Syndrome up to 2 years ago! I had 3 burnouts and it was eventually crowned with an existential crisis! 😊
