I can only agree with you, my dear Amy Marley , when it comes to pride and desire since they’re a million% constructs of the unhealthy ego (except for when you are proud of your impact on someone else life).
Nonetheless, anger is a different story and we need to be very careful with diagnosing it! Sometimes, it might tell us about ourselves as you’re brilliantly stipulating it and many other times, it can be very righteous and is meant to help us spot manipulation/abuse.
