How splendidly put, my friend! I couldn't agree anymore! That's why I rather feel concern instead of worry!

Worry stems from ruminating and from our negative thoughts about the future with assumptions that are fueled by fear and anguish.

This fear results in creating an emotional disturbance. It drastically impacts our peace of mind and takes a toll on our sanity.

On the other hand, Concern drives us to help solve or, at least, minimize the impact of an issue. Concern is healthy since it not only shows deep care but also powers action!

What makes us migrate toward the former or the latter?

The quality of our program, our level of self-awareness, and being on a mission that goes beyond ourselves.
