Dear Adam,

I'm in love with this masterpiece, as well as with your writing style, and the stillness vehiculated between the lines! Very well done! 👏

This being said, this is a topic which has been on my list for so long. You're motivating me to start writing about it! I am a huge believer in the "flexibility" of the personality styles categorized, in general, by the litterature into 3 groups: introverts, extroverts and ambiverts.

What I believe is that this is simply a conditioning construct; in the sense that we can at the same time, enjoy and hornor our "Me-time" (without having to find any excuse or prove anything to anybody), and be a social and emotionally smart individual: silly and showing up as a free child at times, actively listening to people, having deep conversations, and speaking our voice to educate not to brag at other times! This is what I like calling "servant leaders".

My belief is that we were ALL servant leaders at the moment of our conception by our parents. Then, depending on how we were conditionally loved, we created shields giving birth to how the world is labelling us. Personality is basically the combination of the character (the original being before all the conditioning) and the limiting beliefs & biases; which can be destroyed, whenever we become aware of such a reality, and do a serious work on our subconscious program!

Those are my 2%! Thanks again for the quality of your article and writing!
