Awww I ALWAYS do!!! And It's anything similar to the addictional attachment to social media I'm noticing around me, and which is frightening, given how much it takes a toll on addicted people whenever they don't get their expected dose of "validation".

The danger is that those people are unconsciously linking their worth to the number of their notifications... 😔

For the quick story, I once shared a text on Facebook which deserved more reactions than a picture of me published the day before (I'm sure the algorithm somehow played a role)! I was testing (again) to which level people could be superficial...

I was jumping out of pure joy and run to my mother (I was in my parents' place for a couple of days) to tell her about it!

Because she is another superficial person (trying to appear interesting and wise), her facial expression was saying "What's wrong with you?" 😂🙈😂

That's when I made a promise to myself that I will never change my profile photo again. I was merely doing it to please my mother (cauz she's crazy about taking pictures and full of herself) who definitely doesn't deserve my attention!
