And other factors which are way deeper than the lifestyle. I would say a healthy and stable lifestyle is highly correlated to the root cause.

Accoding to epigenetics science, Telomere (or what some call the Fountain of Youth) is shortened when the telomerase enzyme stops working properly. The factors are: 1. Lifestyle (quality of food, getting enough rest, and exercising), 2. Lack of genuine love and/or self-love, 3. Toxic relationships, 4. Lack of purpose/meaning.

The root cause can be summarized in 3 words: unfriendly subconscious program!

In other words, reversing all the damage effortlessly becomes possible whenever we re-write our invasive program.

Let me give you an example I am seeing frequently: some people at the gym can be absent for months. They know at a conscious level that exercising is good for their health. But, because their program is anything but their friend, they become addicted to the gym only for the “feeling-good" sensation granted by the endorphins! And whenever it becomes unbearable for them to manage their problems, they simply follow their mood and stop exercising. Then, of course they appreciate the comfort of their new habit of never challenging themselves. At some point, they feel better and decide to go back, and the vicious circle never ends…
