Actually, grey rock has been my favorite strategy. It means completely disengaging and never sharing my sacred emotions no matter what they are. Obviously, from time to time, I may get frustrated especially when I’m super exhausted, but instantly catch myself, fortunately because I don’t want them to enjoy the moment.

Interestingly, I stopped trying to help anyone see the truth including intrinsically good folks with the destruction of my savior pattern with all its levels last February (I had to ho through exposing the narcissist, all the anger and chaos, and eventually the radical acceptance grief painful process before).

It’s just that, sometimes, I feel like going no contact would spare so much energy and genuine love (I still don’t understand how I can feel it toward such troubled souls, abusers, and manipulators, btw) for those who truly deserve them! 💙
